FOTD #1 Natural Look for High School

I love this combination as an every day high school look. In the morning, I usually give myself about 30 minutes to get ready before I'm out the door. This includes putting in my contacts, getting dressed, and eating breakfast. For make up specifically, I usually allow myself 5-7 minutes. If I've wasted too much time, I'll usually skip the rest of the products for that given day. For this blog post, I decided to list the products in the order that I use them-- aka most important to least important. Hope you enjoy!

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer
I've found that blending this baby in with the Real Techniques Stippling Brush gives the most natural finish! I like to apply this around my chin area-- which has the most discoloration. This product works is pretty build-able and lasts all day without any sort of setting powder. The only bad part is that I've been getting SO TAN lately, so I think I'm going to be needing this product in a darker shade soon.

Nyx Eyebrow Cake Powder
I have very light and thin eyebrows, so I can't leave the house without making them a little darker and more noticeable! This kit comes with two different shades and a wax to keep your brows in place. I usually use the dark powder to fill in all my bald spots, blend it all in with the spooly, and seal it all in with the wax.

Revlon Eyelash Curler
Let me just say that I've been using this curler for 2-3 years now, and I haven't even needed to replace the red squishy bit (I have absolutely no idea what it's called) at the bottom of the clamp. I think that's pretty impressive :) I usually just pump this thing a few times and I'm ready for the next step.

Dolly Wink Eyeliner
If you haven't read my full review, you can find it here. Now that I'm a little more experienced, this eyeliner is great for a cat eye! I love how black this eyeliner is-- it makes my eyelashes look noticeable which is always great. or as my generation puts it, gr9.

Burts Bees Lip Balm
I love prepping my lips for color with the peppermint lip balm! I've gone through countless sticks of this product and I absolutely love it to DEATH. Because I apply my concealer around my mouth, it can some times overlap onto my lips-- so I like putting something on my lips to bring them back to life-- and to make my lip color less drying.

L'Oreal Colour Riche Caresse
To brighten up my complexion, I love using this tinted lip stain. Beware-- if you use this product how it's advertised, it can leave you with some awkward mix matched patches. I remember when I first bought this product, I applied the first layer and blended it in with my fingers, then applied another coat with the brush. Upon application, it gave a beautiful rich opaque red color but, about an hour later when the lip color started to wear off, it became incredible uneven around the edges of my lips :( HOWEVER, if you just dot this product onto your lips with the brush and pat it in with your fingers, it gives a beautiful, natural lip stain.

Stila Convertible Color Trio Warm
I originally bought this product for Gerbera which I had heard so much about, but the winner turned out to be Camellia! It gives a really natural flush to my cheeks which I am such a fan of. This is a creme blush, so theres no need to worry about this product caking up on your skin. That being said, this product doesn't wear very long :(

Majolica Majorica Lash King Mascara
Last but not least, mascara! I usually save this step for the end, just in case I run out of time. I have a full review here. This mascara is perfect for school because it doesn't smudge at ALL but it easy to remove after a long day.

  21. I can't believe that it takes you so little time to finish your morning routine. I'm super jealous! By the time I usually drag myself to the kitchen for breakfast I'm already late, haha.
